A Resilient Church for the Next Generation

The Resilient Hope track explores how the Church can cultivate lasting spiritual resilience by intentionally investing in and empowering the next generation. Through a focus on generational discipleship, prayer-centered leadership, and real-life stories of renewal, these sessions highlight the critical role of spiritual parents and mentors, the formation of young leaders grounded in prayer, and the emerging movement of Gen Z believers. Together, these workshops offer a vision for a Church that is not only sustained across generations but is actively preparing and releasing young leaders to carry forward a vibrant, enduring hope.

New for 2026!

Psalm 145 reminds us that “one generation shall commend Your works to another.” God’s design for resilience in the Church is generational  faithfulness, which means older believers testifying to God’s character and works so the next generation can consider, imitate, and carry the faith forward. In a world filled with countless Christian voices and digital teachers, what young disciples lack most is not more content, but spiritual fathers, mothers, and grandparents who open their lives, model their faith, and invest deeply in a few strategic young people. This workshop will explore the biblical call to generational discipleship and how turning our hearts toward the next generation prepares a people ready for the Lord.

Jesus declared, “My house shall be called a house of prayer for all the nations” (Mark 11:17). While churches excel at building worship, missions, small groups, and leadership ministry teams, we often neglect intentionally raising up prayer leaders.

Resilient churches are not sustained by strategy alone, but by leaders formed in prayer. This workshop explores how to develop praying leaders who depend on Heaven rather than human strength and how to embed prayer into the culture and rhythms of ministry.

Come hear firsthand from Gen Z leaders what God is doing on college campuses, in local churches, and in communities. This interactive panel will discuss the key trends of Gen Z and how the Lord is using the young leaders to bring a fresh resilient hope to the church.

Resilient Impact

The Influence of Faithful & Prayerful Women

Resilient Impact equips women to grow as prayerful leaders rooted in God’s presence. Through biblical teaching and practical prayer, participants will learn how to support their churches, navigate hardship with faith, and rediscover identity, worth, and purpose by abiding in God.

New for 2026!

Across scripture, renewal begins when God’s people return to Him together in prayer.  God often stirs this hunger first in faithful disciples, and a majority of the time this is in women.  How can you grow that hunger and desire into action to help strengthen your pastor, build unity and honor Christ’s design for His church.

This workshop explores how hardship can become a pathway for transformation—shaping our hearts, minds, bodies, and communities so we can live out God’s purpose together. Through worship-based prayer, participants will learn how to engage hardship in a way that renews the mind and deepens trust in God. The session includes guided reflection, a moment of silence to identify personal challenges, and a practical teaching on worship-based prayer (Reverence, Response, Request, Readiness)

Have you ever wondered why it’s so easy to doubt God’s love? Do you know the reason you were created, or if your story has a purpose? In  this workshop, we will dive into His Word to rediscover our identity, acceptance, and worth. Together, we’ll learn what it truly means to ABIDE in His presence and live out our God-given purpose.

Resilient Proclamation

Rooted, Filled, and Faithful

Resilient proclamation begins with meat that feeds—preaching that draws its authority, substance, and structure from the text of Scripture itself. It is sustained by living water of the Spirit as leaders prepare and proclaim in surrendered dependence upon the Holy Spirit, trusting Him to breathe life into faithful exposition week after week. Resilient proclamation endures through a biblical fidelity and steady endurance that values long-term faithfulness over fleeting impact, nourishing the flock with truth that strengthens generations.

Expositional preaching is not a style preference, but a sacred trust to discharge the authority of God’s Word over God’s people. In this workshop, we will clarify what true exposition is, what it is not, and why preaching that draws its message from the text itself is essential for spiritual health and enduring fruit for generations to come. When pastors consistently serve meat that feeds, congregations are strengthened, anchored in truth, and equipped to stand firm in a shifting culture.

Faithful preaching requires more than disciplined study; it demands a surrendered heart and Spirit-dependent sensitivity. This session will explore how abiding in Christ and cultivating reliance on the living water of the Holy Spirit transforms sermon preparation from mere analysis into sacred worship. Week after week, pastors who preach in humble dependence experience fresh anointing, deeper joy, and lasting impact beyond their natural ability.

Long-term pulpit ministry is built on a biblical mindset that values faithfulness over flash and endurance over applause. Together we will examine the scriptural convictions and pastoral rhythms that sustain a lifetime of steady, nourishing preaching – especially when the demands of life and ministry are hard. When a shepherd commits to feeding the flock with consistency and courage, the church matures, generations are strengthened, and Christ is honored over decades—not just moments.

Resilient Pursuit

Where Prayer Becomes Culture

The Resilient Pursuit track reminds us that prayer is not merely a ministry of the church. It is the lifeblood of the church. Yet, many leaders struggle to move from valuing prayer to embedding it as a transforming culture. This track will inspire renewed conviction and provide practical, field-tested pathways for establishing prayer as the priority, shaping its guiding principles, and persevering when the journey becomes difficult. Through biblical teaching and honest pastoral stories, you will be equipped to lead your people into a resilient pursuit of God that sustains spiritual transformation and enduring fruit.

New for 2026!

Prayer cannot be seen as just a sermon series, a church program, or a periodic emphasis. This workshop will ground leaders in the biblical mandate for prayer and unpack the essential elements that shape a thriving, sustainable prayer culture. When we understand both the priority and the particulars, we lead with lasting conviction and impact.

To shepherd God’s people into transforming communion with God we must lead prayer in ways that are biblical, Christ-centered, and Spirit-dependent. This session will explore clear principles that move prayer gatherings from routine to renewing and from passive to participative. You will gain practical guidance for cultivating prayer environments of Scripture-fed, Spirit-led, worship-based prayer that can renew entire congregations.

Every pastor faces seasons when prayer feels dry and difficult. In this honest and hope-filled panel, seasoned leaders will share real stories of perseverance, lessons learned in weakness, and the sustaining grace of God through difficult stretches. You will leave strengthened to endure in prayer with renewed faith that God is always at work—even when the people are indifferent and answers seem slow in coming.

Resilient Discipleship

Dwell, Pray, and Multiply

The Resilient Discipleship track explores how worship-based prayer and Scripture-centered discipleship cultivate mature followers of Jesus who grow in Christlike character and contribute strategically to God’s mission. When believers learn to dwell in the Word, pray the Word, and multiply the Word in community, discipleship becomes more than information transfer, it becomes spiritual formation that fuels mission. Through biblical teaching and practical models, participants will discover how churches can form disciples whose lives are rooted in God’s presence and released for Kingdom advancement.

Singing isn’t just for singers. In fact, singing is not only a response to God’s grace but also a means of God’s grace. Scripture calls believers to let “the word of Christ dwell in you richly… singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs” (Colossians 3:16). This workshop explores how singing the Word shapes the heart, renews the mind, and deepens spiritual formation. Participants will learn how incorporating Scripture-centered singing into personal and congregational rhythms can help disciples internalize truth and cultivate resilient faith.

Lasting discipleship flows from communion with God. Worship-based prayer provides a simple yet powerful framework that helps believers move beyond routine prayer into Scripture-fed, Spirit-led intimacy with God. This workshop will introduce practical ways to incorporate worship-based prayer into personal devotion and group discipleship. Participants will learn how practicing the Lord’s model prayer can guide believers into deeper worship, greater surrender, and increased spiritual maturity. When disciples learn to pray the Word, their lives become anchored in God’s presence and aligned with His purposes.

Healthy discipleship produces more disciples. Yet many small groups struggle to move beyond discussion into true spiritual formation and mission. This workshop will explore how discipleship communities can cultivate resilient followers of Jesus through Scripture-centered discussion, worship-based prayer, and missional living. Drawing from the Acts 6 model and the rhythms of the early church, participants will discover practical ways to transform small groups into environments where disciples grow in character, develop spiritual leadership, and multiply their faith into others. When disciples dwell in the Word together and pray together, churches begin to see a culture of prayer emerge that fuels long-term spiritual growth and gospel advancement.

In this workshop, RT Kendall invites us to consider the possibility that the next great move on God’s calendar is an awakening within the church itself. Rather than being led by celebrity voices or extraordinary figures, this awakening may come through ordinary Christians who are devoted to Scripture, prayer, and readiness for Christ’s return. With urgency and hope, Kendall calls believers to become the ones who boldly announce, “The Bridegroom is coming.”

Learning to be sensitive to the Holy Spirit.

“I, wisdom, dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge of witty inventions.” — Proverbs 8:12

Whether you’re building a business or a church, raising a family, navigating relationships, pursuing a career, or simply seeking God’s direction for what’s next, you need wisdom beyond your own.  In this workshop, discover how the Holy Spirit provides wisdom, direction, and practical guidance for every area of life. You’ll be encouraged to seek His voice, trust His leading, and recognize the ways He desires to guide and bless you as you walk in His purposes.

Resilient Worship

Devotion Before Delegation

The Resilient Worship track calls worship leaders back to the foundational priority of personal devotion as the source of lasting, impactful ministry. Moving beyond performance-driven metrics, these sessions explore what truly defines meaningful corporate worship, the importance of soul care and self-leadership for long-term faithfulness, and the pursuit of Spirit-empowered gatherings that lead people into genuine encounters with God. Together, these workshops cast a vision for worship leadership that is rooted in intimacy with God, sustained by healthy rhythms, and marked by spiritual depth rather than outward excellence alone.

New for 2026!

How do we define “a win” for Sunday morning? How can we move beyond sound, look and transition as the primary metrics for success in worship ministry? We will look to the Scriptures for guidance as we discuss six non-negotiable priorities for corporate worship.

Whether you are new to ministry or a veteran, burnout is a real possibility. We will explore how cultivating healthy rhythms, personal disciplines, and intentional soul care enables leaders to sustain both creativity and calling. Michael will offer practical pathways to help worship leaders find fresh encouragement, deeper joy, and lasting resilience to serve faithfully over the long haul.

Resilient Spirit

Staying Healthy in Leadership

The Resilient Spirit track equips pastors and ministry leaders to endure both external opposition and internal battles without losing heart. Together, these sessions address betrayal, mental health, and leadership roadblocks—helping leaders remain spiritually anchored, emotionally healthy, and mentally renewed so they can persevere with courage, clarity, and Christ-centered strength.

In all the busyness of leadership, you must stay awake to what is happening in your heart, your relationships, and your walk with Christ. In this workshop, Pastor Robbie Symons will explore why vigilance is essential for endurance, how spiritual drift takes hold, and the practical habits that help leaders remain faithful, resilient, and ready to finish the race with faithfulness.

A personal and pastoral look at persevering through internal struggles—anxiety, OCD, discouragement, and mental strain. Jeff will guide leaders toward a rich, unhurried life with Jesus that forms resilience from the inside out, showing how spiritual depth sustains long-term ministry faithfulness.

A practical and clinical-biblical approach to identifying mental roadblocks that hinder growth and leadership effectiveness. Chris will help pastors understand what is happening neurologically and spiritually, offering tools to reshape thought patterns, integrate biblical truth, and build sustainable mental resilience.
